Knowledge cards

This branch contains the knowledge cards implementation by using the VuFind lightbox component. Currently an integrated testing was not possible, because some (maybe local) errors prevented from doing so. Therefore only some sample IDs where used to generate a list of author links above the search-box input for testing purposes. They will be removed once the integration works as expected. At the moment knowledge cards for person are implemented and provide the most of the required features. It uses sample data wherever actual content is missing currently. Once the actual data becomes available the sample data will be replaced.
