Fix ads, maybe
This at least fixes the mixed-content issue, and adds an ads.txt (although I'm not sure how effective this is; maybe it must be served on https://leinen.ch/ads.txt).

Due to a scheduled upgrade to version 17.6, GitLab will be unavailable on Monday 25.11., from 19:00 until 20:00.
