Disable external links via configuration

It should be possible to disable external links (in metadata and for #13 (closed)) via configuration.

If disabled,

  • don't show institution link in epilogue view
  • deactivate links in metadata

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
