Bugfix release
Fixed:
- 839 fields are removed from processed records
- 830 fields are not created if a field 800, 810 or 811 exists
- Rules for fields 765, 77x and 78x are applied to all records (and not
only to records containing a field 839)
First release comprises the entire Flink workflow However further improvments and corrections are planned.
