shibboleth doesn't log
the shibd.logger config is referencing undefined (commented out) appenders, so the logging doesn't really work.
Therefore the container shibboleth does not show any logs in the console.

Due to a scheduled upgrade to version 17.6, GitLab will be unavailable on Monday 25.11., from 19:00 until 20:00.
