Show 'SWITCH edu-ID' as first item in drop down list

The entry for 'SWITCH edu-ID' is currently sorted under 'Others' towards the end of the Swiss entries in the DropDown. I'd prefer to move it to the top of the list, all by itself, without a subheading. This would give the edu-ID a bit more visibility and move it away from the 'SWITCH staff' entry.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
