Replace 'Anmelden' Button with 'Fortfahren'

The term 'Anmelden' as the german translation of 'Login' is causing confusion for users who want to register ('Anmelden') for a course at a university. It has therefore been decided to use 'Login' instead of 'Anmelden' in German.

In the context of the embedded WAYF, I suggest to replace 'Anmelden' with 'Fortfahren' as the selection of the organisation is not the actual login but only the first step after which the actual login happens.
